Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient ambulatory care setting
• Apply strong clinical knowledge to assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care
• Provide patient and family education related to treatment plans and health management
• Serve as a mentor and resource to fellow nursing staff
• Support the operational needs of a rural health center environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in outpatient, ambulatory care, or clinic nursing
• Demonstrated ability to provide patient education and staff mentorship
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a rural health care setting
• Experience precepting or mentoring nursing colleagues in a clinical environment
