Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an LDRP setting, including Labor and Delivery, triage, and postpartum
• Maintain patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:6 depending on unit needs and patient acuity
• Float between units as needed based on facility staffing requirements
• Participate in on-call coverage up to once per pay period on a PRN basis
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Valid Montana RN license or active Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery, triage, and postpartum (LDRP)
• Prior travel nursing experience required; seasoned travelers only
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify under travel compliance guidelines

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to floating assignments across multiple units
• Strong communication and time management skills in a fast-paced labor and delivery setting
