Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to residents in a Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Manage a caseload with patient ratios ranging from 1:15 to 1:25
- Document patient progress and treatment plans using Net Solutions charting software
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident rehabilitation goals
- Adhere to facility dress code and operational standards throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active or pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus at least one booster required
- Must have reliable personal transportation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with Net Solutions electronic charting platform
- Prior travel therapy experience in LTC or SNF environments
