Contract | Nights (3x12-Hour Shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required | Block Schedule Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a PCU/Telemetry setting within a Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4, delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
• Float between units or sister facilities as needed per assignment requirements
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to start and annually as directed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State RN license or active Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Experience in PCU, Telemetry, IMC, or Stepdown nursing
• Proficiency with Epic EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a PCU or Telemetry environment
• Familiarity with Level III Trauma Center workflows and protocols
• Ability to adapt to floating assignments across multiple units or facilities
