Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including active, post-operative, and Medicare patients
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as expected within clinic workflow
• Float to neighboring clinic locations as needed to support staffing and patient care continuity
• Collaborate with clinic director and care team to ensure quality outcomes and appropriate scheduling of overtime when authorized

Required Qualifications

• Active single-state Colorado Physical Therapist license, or documented confirmation of application in progress
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment
• Willingness and ability to float to neighboring clinic locations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating post-operative and Medicare patient populations
