Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating duties across a broad range of surgical specialties including General, Orthopedics, Robotics, GYN, Thoracic, ENT, Oral, Urology, Plastics (free flap), Liver Resection, and Whipple procedures
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including the DaVinci XI robotic system
• Fulfill on-call requirements of approximately 40–60 hours within each 6-week schedule
• Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as required
• Maintain patient safety and quality standards within a high-volume operating room environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Indiana or Compact) — must be in hand prior to start date
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience, with all relevant skills demonstrated within the last 3 years
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Nursing degree from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program
• Ability to circulate across multiple surgical specialties as listed
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays per contract requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Charge nurse experience in an Operating Room setting
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical procedures, particularly DaVinci XI
• Familiarity with complex surgical cases such as free flap plastics, Whipple, and liver resection
