Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU setting with a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio
• Utilize EPIC for computer charting and Pyxis for medication administration
• Adhere to unit dress code requirements (Caribbean blue scrubs)
• Complete mandatory orientation consisting of 7 days (Monday–Friday week one, Monday–Tuesday week two) with full attendance required
• Float to age-appropriate Pediatrics or PICU as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Level III NICU experience
• Current Indiana RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association only
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity NICU environment with complex neonatal patients
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
