Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures in a hospital cath/EP lab environment.
• Provide circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring support for advanced cardiac procedures such as TAVR, Watchman, PCI, and peripherals.
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment including GE fluoroscopy, Mac Lab, Acist, Volcano, IVUS, AngioJet, and Penumbra systems.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures, adhering to hospital policies and protocols.
• Document procedures accurately using Mac Lab and Meditech systems.
• Float within scope of practice to support other units as needed, including holding and EP labs.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT or RCIS certification within 3 years if not a Rad Technologist with ARRT.
• State license for technologists.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting.
• Ability to work days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience assisting with TAVR, Watchman, PCI, Impella, and Balloon Pump procedures.
• Familiarity with hospital-specific documentation and scheduling protocols.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
