• Full-time, Days, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Monitor patients’ cardiac status, including interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications, including blood products and IVs, and manage central lines, PICC lines, and ports.
• Assist with procedures such as chest tube management and high-flow nasal cannula therapy.
• Ensure patient safety through infection prevention protocols and fall prevention measures.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health records.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Current RN license (compact or state).
• BLS certification.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records.
• Skilled in dysrhythmia interpretation, arterial line management, blood administration, and vascular access management.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience.
• Experience with complex oncology or AYA patient populations (preferred but not required).
• Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity levels.
