Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans within an outpatient therapy setting
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Communicate effectively with the therapy team regarding patient status and treatment outcomes
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients throughout their course of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license required
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
• Must obtain a permanent state license for the assignment location; compact licensure alone is not sufficient for long-term eligibility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
