Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patient populations
• Manage a caseload of approximately 11 patient visits per day
• Deliver evidence-based treatment for a broad range of orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, joint replacements, spinal conditions, and soft tissue injuries
• Provide physical therapy services for neurological conditions including Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis
• Perform case management duties as part of the patient care process
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using NextGen EHR

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license — no PTAs
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Experience treating adult and geriatric populations
• Proficiency or ability to work with NextGen EHR
• Demonstrated orthopedic and/or neurological clinical skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with a wide range of orthopedic conditions including ACL tears, rotator cuff repair, total joint replacement, disc herniation, and spinal stenosis
• Experience treating neurological diagnoses such as Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic productivity standards and visit-based scheduling
