Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (5:45 AM – 6:15 PM) | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | Every Other Weekend Required (Saturday and Sunday)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care Emergency Room setting
- Manage a patient assignment at a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC electronic health records
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (MO or compact license required; pending MO license submissions accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required
- ACLS certification required
- BCLS certification required
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- PALS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CPI certification preferred
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
- Experience with EPIC charting system
