Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays Within Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Oncology, and Vascular Access unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Perform IV starts and maintain vascular access per unit protocols
• Manage a patient assignment of up to 7 patients per shift
• Float within the unit as needed and adhere to scheduling requirements including weekdays, every other weekend, and holidays
• Complete required pre-start orientation modules prior to first day

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license or valid Compact RN license in hand at time of submittal – no exceptions
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records – no exceptions
• Demonstrated skills in IV starts and telemetry interpretation
• Must pass a pre-start EKG/telemetry written test with a score of 80% or higher (one attempt, no remediation)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience in oncology, vascular access, or telemetry settings
