Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite | Rotating weekends (up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period) and rotating holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular ICU setting with estimated patient ratios of 1:1–2
• Manage and monitor critically ill cardiac patients, including those requiring mechanical ventilation and hemodynamic support
• Operate and manage advanced monitoring equipment including balloon pumps, PA lines, and Swan-Ganz catheters
• Administer IV therapy, telemetry monitoring, and conscious sedation per protocol
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as required
• Accurately document patient care and clinical assessments using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license – compact or Ohio state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, mechanical ventilation, Swan-Ganz catheters, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Epic EMR experience required
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Minimum of 2 professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal leadership role)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
