Job Title

IR / Special Procedures Technologist (Radiology / Cardiology)

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (Monday–Thursday) with Rotating Call | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology, special procedures, and neurovascular imaging studies
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with departmental protocols
• Assist physicians during complex IR and neurovascular procedures
• Document patient information and procedure data accurately within the electronic health record system
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage as required by the department

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography (CI) required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Active Virginia state license or compact license in hand at time of submittal — no exceptions
• Minimum of 3 years of IR / Special Procedures experience required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system required
• Must have a clear license and background history — no prior hits will be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neurovascular procedural experience strongly preferred
• First-time travelers will be considered
