Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a short-term acute care hospital
- Maintain patient-to-nurse ratios of 1:4
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic EMR
- Float within scope to meet facility needs across like units as required
- Participate in emergency response activities as operationally needed, including during designated emergency periods
Required Qualifications
- Active South Carolina RN license or Compact RN license required prior to start date
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience is a plus; first-time travelers will be considered
