- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care
Location
- Grand Junction, CO
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week assignment, nights, 4 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care facility
- Monitor patient health and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work night shifts and stay flexible with scheduling
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a LTCH or skilled nursing facility
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
