Contract (13 Weeks) | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the appropriate care team members
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of resident care

Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alaska or compact eligibility
  • Current BLS certification
  • Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior travel or contract nursing experience
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in LTC/SNF environments
