Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (0700–1930) | 4x12-hour shifts | 48 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to rehabilitation patients in an inpatient rehab setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for rehab patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes, discharge planning, and home care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Kentucky or compact licensure
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation nursing setting
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts including weekends as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital environment
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary rehab team care models and functional outcome measures
