Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 patients per week
• Deliver evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing therapy interventions in an outpatient clinic setting
• Maintain professional documentation and adhere to business casual dress code standards
• Coordinate with clinical leadership regarding scheduling and any overtime requirements prior to working additional hours

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Tennessee
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to meet outpatient productivity expectations
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience, particularly in orthopedics
• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient clinic setting
