Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 36 Hours/Week | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required | Holiday Rotation Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of a Medical Surgical Float Pool, rotating across multiple med-surg floors within the facility
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care during night shift hours in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Adapt to varying patient ratios depending on the unit assigned during each shift
• Participate in every-other-weekend scheduling and required holiday rotation
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to emergency response efforts as required, including potential assignment to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June–November)

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN License or Multi-State/Compact State RN License (South Carolina license must be active prior to start date)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Proficiency or ability to work with EPIC charting system
• Ability to float to multiple med-surg units within the facility as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center, teaching facility, or Magnet-designated hospital
• Prior travel nursing experience in a float pool or multi-unit setting
• Familiarity with block scheduling in a hospital environment
