Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients within an acute care operating room setting
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required during surgical procedures
• Accurately document patient care activities using Epic electronic health record system
• Float within the contracted facility or to nearby affiliate facilities as operationally needed
• Participate in required compliance modules completed prior to start and annually thereafter
• Be available to work variable shifts and contribute to holiday coverage rotation as required

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license (pending license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Willingness to float between sister facilities as assigned
• Ability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify at standard rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an acute care facility environment
• Previous travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with scrub and circulating roles in a surgical setting
