Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating and scrub roles across a broad range of surgical specialties including general OR, GU, GYN, ENT, eyes, plastics, laparoscopic, trauma, thoracic, and vascular cases
• Rotate between day and evening shift schedules; typical pattern includes three day shifts plus one off shift with off-shift hours ranging from 0845–1915, 1045–2115, or 1245–2315
• Fulfill on-call obligations including one weekday call per week and one 24-hour call per four-week schedule block
• Demonstrate strong orthopedic surgical experience within the OR setting
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling to meet unit and patient care needs, including availability Monday through Sunday

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Experience in a large (500+ bed) Level 1 Trauma facility required
• EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years required (non-negotiable)
• Must be able to scrub all specialties except CVOR; both circulate and scrub skills checklists must be completed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong orthopedic surgical scrub and circulating proficiency
• Complete and detailed work history including bed count, EMR used, and facility type for all prior positions
• All employment gaps exceeding 90 days should be documented and explained
