Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation therapy to a diverse patient population
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapy sessions and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize productivity, averaging 12-14 patients per day

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure/license eligible to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient rehabilitation experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt to float to other clinics within the network, including Results, Boerne, and Potranco locations
• Strong organizational and patient management skills
