Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including pelvic health, orthopedic, post-operative, vestibular, and gait/balance therapy.
• Manage an average of 12-14 patient visits per day, with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Conduct follow-up visits with potential for double-booking to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical teams across multiple clinics, with most cases managed at the primary location.
• Ensure compliance with all therapy protocols and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid and current state physical therapy license.
• Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel or float between clinics as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient therapy experience involving pelvic health and orthopedic cases preferred.
• New graduates are not preferred; candidate should have relevant clinical experience.
• Prior experience with diverse patient populations is a plus.
