Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective patient outcomes
- Participate in a culture that supports learning, mentoring, and professional development
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
- BLS certification required (must obtain within 30 days of hire if not currently held)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-acuity or Level I/II trauma emergency environment
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in emergency care settings
