Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult and adolescent patients across a caseload of approximately 50–55 visits per week
• Perform gross motor assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage a diverse orthopedic caseload including conditions such as ACL tears, rotator cuff injuries, disc herniation, total joint replacement, plantar fasciitis, osteoarthritis, and more
• Conduct case management responsibilities to coordinate and progress patient care
• Document patient encounters and maintain accurate records using NextGen EMR
• Adhere to a business casual dress code and maintain professional clinical standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license valid in the state of Virginia
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Experience treating orthopedic conditions in adult and adolescent populations
• Proficiency or ability to work within NextGen EMR
• Strong case management and clinical documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with a broad range of orthopedic diagnoses including post-operative care, spinal conditions, and upper and lower extremity injuries
• Familiarity with gross motor assessment protocols
• Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient caseload efficiently
