Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement patient treatment plans in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Support patient progress through hands-on therapeutic interventions
• Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license
• Permanent South Carolina PTA license required — compact licensure alone is not accepted
• Prior experience in an outpatient or similar physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with clinical documentation systems and compliance standards
