Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in a main OR setting supporting a variety of surgical specialties including Orthopedics, Spine, Vascular, General Surgery, Colorectal, Robotic, GYN, and ENT
- Maintain a 1:1 RN-to-patient ratio throughout surgical procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgical technicians, anesthesia staff, and OR analysts
- Accurately document patient care using the Meditech charting system
- Fulfill call requirements of approximately 2–6 days per month as scheduled
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
- Working knowledge of the Meditech charting system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-specialty OR environment
- Willingness and availability to fulfill on-call obligations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Strong vascular surgical nursing skills preferred
- Experience with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
- Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties including spine and colorectal
