Travel - Outpatient Physical Therapist (Rehab PT)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a mixed patient population in a clinical setting
- Conduct 60-minute evaluations, with complexity-weighted documentation and billing
- Perform 40-minute follow-up treatment sessions with individualized care plans
- Maintain a productivity goal of 70% (approximately 2.7 units per hour)
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using NetHealth/Redoc EMR
- Collaborate with on-site management and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with NetHealth/Redoc EMR platform
- Experience treating a mixed outpatient patient population across a variety of diagnoses and complexity levels
