Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• 13-week contract, guaranteed 36 hours per week, typically 40 hours/week
• Days shifts
• 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with physician prescriptions and plan of care.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitative goals through therapeutic activities.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or certification.
• Current state licensure or registration as required.
• Proven experience in therapy assistance or related healthcare roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Strong team coordination skills.
