• Travel Registered Nurse - CVOR
Location
• Wichita, KS
Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, Full-time, Days shift, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized cardiovascular post-operative care within the CVOR unit.
• Assist with procedures such as CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR surgeries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records (Meditech).
• Participate in on-call duties, including one weeknight per week and one weekend per month as needed.
Required Qualifications
• Active Kansas RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year current acute care CVOR RN experience in a hospital setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• PALS certification.
• Experience with open heart surgery and cardiovascular procedures.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system.
• Prior experience with ECMO programs is a plus.
