Key Responsibilities

  
Provide physical therapy assistant services at a skilled nursing facility during scheduled shifts.
  
Support patient rehabilitation plans under the supervision of licensed therapists.
  
Assist in implementing therapy programs to improve patient mobility and function.
  
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment activities.
  
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care.


Required Qualifications

  
Current state license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
  
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
  
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  
Strong communication and patient care skills.


Preferred Experience / Skills

  
Experience working with diverse patient populations.
  
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
