Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
- Manage and monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation
- Administer and titrate IV drip medications as ordered
- Provide care for patients requiring Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) support
- Deliver post-cardiac catheterization patient care and monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Active Alabama State RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum of 1–2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Experience with ventilator management, drip management, IABP, and post cardiac cath care
- Copies of all certifications required upon submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Familiarity with Meditech Expanse EMR system
