Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/Progressive Care/Stepdown unit.
• Monitor and assess patients, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic medical records.
• Float within the hospital as necessary based on department needs.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• North Carolina or Multistate nursing license (current or pending with ETA).
• EPIC EMR experience/proficiency.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications (current via AHA).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent IMC/Tele/PCU experience.
• At least 2 years of travel nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license for address verification.
• Must include Qualivis Cover Sheet and current Nursys report.
• RTO submissions must be included with profile.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with peds patients is preferred but not common.
• Ability to adapt to float requirements within skillset as needed.
