Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | 20–26 week commitment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and adjust techniques as appropriate based on patient response
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate patient progress and any changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license required; permanent Washington State license required (compact license not accepted)
• Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
• 30-day notice requirement upon assignment conclusion

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in an outpatient physical therapy clinic environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
