Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols and departmental procedures
• Prepare and position patients for MRI scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure
• Operate MRI equipment and maintain image quality standards
• Review and evaluate images for diagnostic quality prior to submission
• Document patient information and imaging data accurately in the medical record system

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Radiography or MRI (MR)
• Current state licensure as required
• Hands-on experience operating MRI equipment and performing MRI procedures
• Knowledge of MRI safety protocols and contrast administration guidelines
• BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a hospital or acute care imaging environment
• Familiarity with a variety of MRI sequences and advanced imaging techniques
• Strong patient communication and customer service skills
