Contract | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 4x12-hour shifts preferred (3x12 also considered) | Every other weekend required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:3
• Perform and manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) as part of patient care plans
• Utilize Epic electronic health records system for accurate and timely documentation
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including like units, as required
• Participate in self-scheduling on a 6-week rotating schedule with flexibility to meet unit needs
• Be prepared to participate in emergency response activities during hurricane season (June through November)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license — must be in hand prior to start date
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• CRRT experience is required
• Ability to work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic charting system
• Comfort with self-scheduling models and flexible shift arrangements
• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU setting
