Location: Somerville, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Implement therapy routines aimed at improving patients' functional abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive patient care strategies.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and techniques to support recovery.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid occupational therapist license or certification in the state of Ohio.
• Proven experience in performing occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in a similar outpatient or clinical setting.
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
