Contract | Travel | Night Shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | 14-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services primarily to adult patients in an acute care setting
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders
- Respond to respiratory emergencies, including patients presenting through the Emergency Department
- Administer and manage respiratory treatments, ventilator management, and related interventions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
- Active and valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in Texas
- Experience working with adult patient populations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an acute care or hospital-based respiratory therapy setting
- Familiarity with pediatric respiratory care for emergency department presentations
