Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and injury prevention

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Tennessee
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical physical therapy experience
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
