Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:45–07:15)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a busy Cardiac Progressive Care / Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data for cardiac and progressive care patients
• Float to other Medical/Surgical Telemetry units as needed
• Float to ICU for lowest-acuity patients as required
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license – compact or Tennessee state license required
• Minimum 1 year of Telemetry and/or PCU experience required
• AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Epic EMR experience within the past 12 months required and must be clearly documented, including where Epic was utilized; candidates must pass the Epic competency exam (one attempt only)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume cardiac or progressive care environment
• Comfort with floating across multiple unit types including Medical/Surgical Telemetry and ICU
