Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite | Weekend rotation required (1 weekend every 4 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services within a short-term acute care and Level III Trauma Center setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 8–9 patients per day
• Float between units as needed based on patient and facility needs
• Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Acute care experience — required (hard stop)
• Ability to float between units within the facility
• Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• All requested time off must be disclosed at time of submission; post-submission requests may not be approved

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Experience working in a trauma center environment
