Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with daily activities and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to meet resident needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed within scope of practice
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN or LVN license in the state of Maine
- Proven experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift experience in a LTC/SNF environment
- CPR and First Aid certification
