Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services across multiple clinic locations
• Treat a caseload of up to 13 patients per day in 45-minute appointments
• Manage patients with diagnoses including spine-related conditions, shoulder pain, balance/fall risk, and total hip and knee replacements
• Perform inpatient rounding and conduct discharge planning for hip and knee replacement patients
• Document patient care using Cerner EMR
• Adhere to facility clock-in and clock-out requirements at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin State Physical Therapist license (required prior to start)
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with hip and knee replacement rehabilitation, including inpatient discharge planning
• Inpatient physical therapy experience
• Proficiency or ability to work with Cerner EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating spine-related conditions and shoulder pathologies
• Familiarity with balance and fall risk assessment and treatment protocols
• Comfort working across both outpatient and inpatient settings within the same assignment
