Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across all acuity levels
- Document patient information and care accurately using Cerner EMR
- Float to other units as needed and within scope of practice
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license (preferred at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR
- Critical Access Hospital experience required
- Two professional references covering the specialty being submitted for
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience as a travel nurse or first-time travelers welcome to apply
- Familiarity with block scheduling and flexible scheduling arrangements
