Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | Onsite | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a NICU setting with patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on acuity
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float between sister units or nearby facilities as needed to support staffing requirements
• Complete required orientation modules prior to start and annually as directed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State RN license or active Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• NICU nursing experience; first-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Ability to work night shifts, including variable weekends
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Short Term Acute Care, Level II Trauma, or Level II Pediatric Trauma facility
• Experience working in a teaching hospital environment
• Familiarity with high-acuity neonatal patient populations
