Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Ensure effective patient assessments, treatment planning, and implementation.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with clinic protocols.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention.
• Float to other clinics as needed to support team coverage.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license for the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Will accept PTA license holders, new grads, and first-time travelers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic outpatient cases.
• Ability to handle a productive caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with 60 visits per week.
• Flexibility to float between clinics and work up to 40 hours per week, with overtime approval as needed.
