Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and clinical protocols
- Monitor and document patient status, responses to treatment, and changes in condition
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (12:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience in an Emergency Department setting
- Experience with high-volume or Level II/III trauma emergency environments
- Strong adaptability and ability to quickly acclimate to new facility systems and workflows
