Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Med/Surg experience.
• Current RN license in Ohio or a valid compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong IV start skills and telephonic experience.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• Ability to float as required within units.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with hospital credentialing and fingerprinting processes.
• Familiarity with Ohio State University hospital systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
